It's one person running this, and I read everything. Email is the best way to reach me.

I usually reply within a few days. There is no contact form on purpose: a form needs a server to receive it, and this site is built to have as few of those as possible.

Reporting a problem

The most useful bug report includes:

which tool (for example pdf.ottercraft.dev);
your browser and device ("Safari on an iPhone 15", "Firefox on Windows 11");
what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead;
for OtterPDF, whether the file opens normally in another PDF viewer. Please don't send me the file itself unless there's nothing private in it. The tools are built so I never see your documents, and I'd like to keep it that way.

Privacy questions

The privacy policy says what the tools do and don't do with your data. If it leaves a question open, or you think I hold some information about you, email me and I'll answer.

Ideas for tools

Welcome. The bar is simple: a real, common task, doable entirely on the user's device, and small. If there's a job that keeps sending you to an "upload your file" website, that's exactly what I want to hear about.

Advertising

Pages may carry standard, clearly marked ads served through an ad network. I don't sell placements or sponsored content, and I don't take money to feature or recommend anything inside the tools.
